Every October 15 is world Pregnancy and Infant Loss remembrance day (PAIL). But any mother who has lost a pregnancy or a child does not need a specific day to mark the occasion.

However, every year when this day arrives, I will call attention to this topic. I will call attention to this topic because those of us who are members of this club that we never imagined we would be in and that we do not want to be in need to be able to talk about it. I need to be able to talk about it.
